Fistly, there are many different  alarm code for stirrup bending machine servo motor.Need know what alarm appearce on the servo motor panel.

Usually bending machine servo motor alarm is cause by the fault as belowe:

1.The payoff have air brake, if the brake close, it will make the Overcurrent,when have this problem,please check  the braker, open the braker.

2. if the cables of bending machine servo motor damage, it will make the servo motor have problem,no bending too.Check the cable of servo motor.if any damage, replace the cables with new one.

During the operation of the equipment, the alarm ER740 ER741 does not alarm as soon as it works, it may even alarm after several bending actions or alarms only after the time starts. This is the reason. The solution is to check whether the grounding is good. There are several ways to solve the interference:

①First, ensure that the main power cord of the equipment has a ground wire to the equipment. If there is no ground wire on site, directly drive a steel bar about 1m long as the ground wire next to the field device, and then connect the steel bar to the ground terminal of the main power terminal of the equipment on.

② Check whether the shielding layer of the servo drive, servo motor, and pulse signal wire is well grounded, if not, connect the ground wire

③If possible, a magnetic ring can be wound on the curved servo signal line and traction motor cable to resist external interference.

3. some place the voltage is not stable, it make the currecy no stable.when have problem,check the voltage when machine running.if it is not stabe, should make the votage stable.
