1. Upper welded part: Weld the upper end of the upper chord bar and the two oblique bars after wavy bending together. The upper chord bar fine-tuning knob can fine-tune the relative height of the upper chord bar and the oblique bar.
2. Lower welding parts: Weld the two lower chord bars to the lower part of the two oblique bars respectively, which can be adjusted up and down as a whole to meet the needs of different welding heights. e. Limiting parts: It plays a role in preventing the deviation of the steel bar during the welding process of the product. When the product shape is not straight, it can adjust the bending and twisting. The limit bar can be adjusted up and down, and the left and right stoppers can be adjusted at will.
3. Auxiliary feeding part: synchronous feeding with the pinch feeding part through the connecting rod, which can prevent the steel bar from being pushed and bent during feeding.
4. Scissors parts: according to the length of the product, the parts of the product can be cut, and the number of knots of each product can be set on the control panel according to the needs.

Set the number of nodes in units of integer multiples of the distance. The scissors must be aligned with the solder joints of the upper chord ribs to cut off the oblique ties together. You can pass the scissors

1. Discharge part: when the product is processed to the set length and cut by scissors, the product is sent to the unloading rack to facilitate unloading.

4. Unloading rack

The unloading frame includes a frame, a turning mechanism and an extended frame. The height of the frame can be adjusted according to the needs; the turning mechanism is driven by the cylinder.

5. Hydraulic system

The hydraulic system includes a hydraulic station, hydraulic valves, regulating valves, accumulators, oil cylinders, oil pipes, and water cooling systems. Hydraulic rated working pressure is 8-9MPa. 6. Electrical system
